We assign you a Project Manager to deliver the best quality for you, right the way through. We provide a feedback questionnaire at end of every project and our own measure of success is for you to be up and running smoothly before we leave.

Commissioning – To Give You Greater Control

service-image2We want you to get the most out of the new system. To help with the handover post-installation, we commission the whole system for you and make any fine-tuning adjustments needed. We provide training for your security operators and controllers, all as part of the service. Even if they are already familiar with these kinds of systems, we recommend the training, as all systems and upgrades are slightly different.

  • Understand the displays and retain complete control via one user interface.
  • Use the system to its full capacity, confident that you can deal with the most unusual situations and alerts.

Backup – Throughout The World

You have the reassurance of a 12-month warranty on every project – so it’s in our interests to do it well first time. Globally, we support you with members of our own team plus our partners, too, to provide the essential backup you may need from time to time.
